Things have been so busy lately, I haven't had the chance to announce the recent site launch of SyrekElectric.com. Syrek Electric is a local electrical contractor (Claysville, PA) specializing in commercial and industrial electric in the Pittsburgh area.

This site allowed me try out some new techniques of Flash/HTML integration. The site has both Flash and HTML versions, but only the HTML ever needs to be updated. I implemented a back end administration which (in addition to some other basic functions such as photo administration) allows the site administrator to "recompile" the HTML content and that update propagates to the Flash file as well. This was a first for me and it worked out quite well. It would have been even better if Flash was a little better at rendering CSS, but there we're ways to work around it.
